The project for the administrative headquarters in Vila Velha is organized in two blocks, connected through a glass volume. The latter, transparent, houses the main atrium with a ceiling height of 20 meters, with a glass roof in addition to walkways in a metal structure. Among the elements that mark the arrival at the building are the reflecting pool and the cantilever formed by the metal marquee.

The building, in its almost 20,000m² of built area, has the principle of solving a key issue: how to accommodate an extensive program, with a large part of its environments of collective and systemic use, without becoming a repetitive and monotonous environment for the user. With this issue in mind, different colors were adopted for each floor, in addition to the diversity of finishing materials and furniture.
The large proportions of the building are also revealed externally, when large planes are worked on its paginations, predominantly in ACM, with colors that vary between shades of gray and white.
Just as the marquee and metal louvers ensure the control of insolation in the main atrium, the north and south facades have horizontal louvers with colors associated with the client's institutional identity.
Este empreendimento conta ainda, com um edifício de apoio, onde está concentrado o programa de descompressão para os colaboradores. Este último, está conectado ao edifício principal através de uma praça, com áreas de sombra e permanência ao ar livre.
