The land has a steep slope that opens to a privileged view of a forest. The high slope of the terrain suggested the overlapping of volumes, which consequently led to a vertical organization of the building.
The structure of the residence is centralized, providing loose volumes of the land and interesting cantilevers that project into large outdoor areas.
The cladding gives the house an essentially refined appearance. The structure and external enclosures are made of exposed reinforced concrete, however, the volume of the living room is defined by a metal structure that is directly supported by the concrete volume. This structure is covered with zinc panels, and has a glass closure on the sides. The possibility of opening the frames of the steel volume provides the integration of the social area with the terrace to the west of the land. This volume was equipped with a green roof, to increase thermal inertia and also to function as a terrace for the bedrooms on the upper floor.
The design of the floor plan, as well as the facades and sections, seeks, in this sense, to find a clean, delicate and striking solution.
