Located on a lot with regular and flat geometry, in a gated community in Curitiba, the project works on the idea of dividing the land into 2 equal strips of 10 meters in the longitudinal direction, in order to create a built and a non-built strip. The first receives most of it to be built, while the second is reserved for the green area and smaller volumes of the TV room and barbecue pit, configuring an internal patio, an idea requested by the clients in the initial stage of the project.

On the ground floor, the space of the Dining Room, Living Room and Pantry can open completely to the internal garden, creating a sub-strip with the same 10 meters across the land. At the back is the Service Area and at the front the vertical circulation.
On the upper floor the intimate sector develops, comprising 2 bedrooms with a terrace, 2 suites, wardrobe, office and intimate room. The volume, in concrete molded "in situ", overcomes a central span of 10 meters and offers a swing in front of the house next to the street to house cars.
