Over the years, the former owner's family created landscape experiments with local stones—an unfinished enclosure, a fountain with steps—leaving behind a generation-and-a-half old archaeology, with a patina recent enough to reveal the sequence in which each project was created.
The living spaces face the sea, with total transparency and a passage that crosses the property, passing through the steps of the fountain. The rooms form a courtyard around it, following the natural slope of the land.
