The project draws an axis of connection between the street and the park, establishing with this action the conditions of implantation and distribution vectors from which all the multiple functions of the complex are articulated.

The Architectural Party determines the construction of a building in two parallel strips that develop towards the depth of the terrain, generating a full-height covered square between them. This square assumes several functions along the route through the building: firstly as a main entrance hall connected to Guilherme Lino dos Santos street, in a second moment as an internal square on the main level (759.50) and finally as a level access with the Vicente Leporace Park, for which it is intended that SESC will be an inducer of transformations over time. The Square is the central space of the architectural complex. It is a meeting space and a space for being. Without a defined program, it welcomes the free use of the visitor, in its benches, stairs and multiple areas of permanence. All the items of the program relate to this space, including the external areas due to the transparency of the social restaurant and the building itself, which in a subtle way reveals the flows and uses inside it through the translucent envelope.
The implantation places the building on the natural levels of the land, especially on the existing plateau, at level 759.50, proposing a minimum movement of earth. The ranges are defined in their dimensions according to the program. The north strip receives the sports program and the south strip the cultural and socio-educational programs, except for the theater, which is positioned in the north lane next to the entrance, enjoying a prominent position in the complex. In the free area to the south of the building are concentrated the uncovered aquatic complex, the outdoor sports courts and the sand court. The infrastructural and operational areas are located at street level, and occasionally distributed throughout the sectors of the building as appropriate. The parking lot is also located on this level.
